You do NOT have to answer the phone for unknown callers – legitimate callers will leave voicemail

Any legitimate caller will leave you a voicemail (including us). Because we are aware of the scams out there, we will always leave you a voicemail telling you it is us and that we will call back in a few minutes. Our phone number is (520) 261-3709. Put our number in your contacts/phone/computer so you know it is us. If you don’t answer your phone, you will be able to hear what the call is about or who the caller is prior to returning the call. This will allow you to verify the caller’s identity before returning the call.
