Transactions via the Website
We use third party services to process payments on our website. Our payment processors are Stripe and Clio (“Payment Processors”). We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by payment processors. The following payment method(s) are accepted by our third-party payment processors: American Express, bank transfer, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
You hereby represent, and guarantee that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with any purchase and that the information that you supply to us and to our payment processor(s) is true, accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to change payment processors at any time without notice. The terms in this clause extend to any and all payment processors contracted with us, now, or in the future.
Cancellation of Request for Services/Monthly Subscriptions for Services
All fees paid to us for services are deemed earned upon receipt and are not subject to refund.
Statutory agent service fees are not refundable and are renewed on an annual basis. We will provide notice to you via email of your renewal a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to your annual renewal date before we charge your card with the annual fee. Annual fees may change from time to time, but we will notify you of any increase in fees when we notify you of your pending annual renewal charge. If we do not hear back from you or you do not cancel services prior to the renewal date, we will charge your credit card the fees due for the upcoming year. You may cancel any time, but there will be no refund of fees that have already been paid. All fees are non-refundable. However, if we resign as your statutory agent, we will pro rate your fees and refund you the portion that represents the remaining months on your agreement for statutory agent services. We reserve the right to resign as your statutory agent at any time and for any reason with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Website Availability; Viruses
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the Website or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. Users are responsible for implementing appropriate procedures and checkpoints to satisfy User’s particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output.
Warranties
This Website makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the Website and any content found on this Website.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
User expressly agrees that use of the Website is at User’s sole risk. Indemnification
User agrees that if User causes damage, which MSAAZ, or its owners is required to pay for, User, as a condition of viewing the Website, promises to indemnify and hold MSAAZ and its owners harmless.
