Happy Cinco de Mayo!!! – Set aside time to handle your annual business maintenance
For those of you who have heard me speak or worked with me, you probably know that I have set Cinco de Mayo as the date that I update my annual meeting minutes for my corporation. You do not need to choose Cinco de Mayo, but perhaps another date that you will be able to remember like St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, Labor Day, Halloween, Veteran’s Day, etc. Set the day aside (even better if it is a holiday already) and use that day to handle the annual business matters that fall by the wayside. The important thing is to set aside time to ensure that your business records are current and up to date.
