About Us
As Arizona small business owners (like you), we got tired of being a number with a big corporation who did not care about us. We saw a need for a statutory agent company tailored to the unique requirements of small businesses and specifically Arizona businesses. Thus, My Statutory Agent AZ, LLC was born. We are not a big corporation. We will not treat you like a number. We will not make you talk to an Artificial Intelligence (AI) bot when you have a question.
We will send you only the real, legitimate business correspondence. We will shred and recycle the rest. If your business is served with legal documents, we will contact you by phone, by text, by email and certified mail to ensure that you have timely notice of important documents.
Our mission is to provide personal, professional services to other small business owners in Arizona. We aim to cut out the noise and uncertainty of unwanted solicitations, offers and scams.

RC lived all over the world as a Peace Corp child but chose Arizona to set down roots. Although RC isn’t a native Arizonan, he is the next best thing. He chose Arizona and is proud to call Arizona his home for the last 25+ years. As a small business owner and after collaborating with Lisa for years, RC saw a need for an Arizona-only statutory agent company and decided to do something about it. When RC is not working on My Statutory Agent AZ, he is volunteering and teaching in the community. RC parle français.

Lisa has lived in Arizona since she was 3 years old when her parents moved to Arizona to attend graduate school at ASU. She moved to Tucson as a freshman in high school and is a Wildcat. After practicing business law for the last 30+ years, Lisa is excited to support RC in his endeavor to provide personal statutory agent services to Arizona businesses. More recently, Lisa has expanded her legal practice to Flagstaff and has been enjoying the Lumberjack community. Lisa habla español.
