We will file a Change of Statutory Agent form with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) or Arizona Secretary of State (AZSOS). We should be your new statutory agent within 7 business days.

We will email you the Change of Statutory Agent form once it is approved by the ACC/AZSOS.

If you have switched to us from another statutory agent company, BE SURE TO CANCEL the other statutory agent company’s services so you are not charged by them any further.

Keep your receipt for tax purposes as statutory agent services are a business tax deduction.

Payment for your services will automatically renew annually and you will be charged your annual fee on this date for as long as we are your statutory agent. We will send you an email at least 10 days before your annual fee is charged. If you have no changes, there is nothing to do. If you need to change your payment method or cancel your service, you need to reach out before your annual renewal anniversary date.
